1.interpret data, analyse results using industry techniques and provide ongoing reports.
2.analyse and advise on new process improvement opportunities in data capture, analysis, and reporting.
3.work across multiple data base systems to extract and compile data.
4.Great attention to detail and accuracy, specifically focused around data entry.
5.Proficient in cleaning, transforming, and preparing large data sets in Excel or SQL.
6.Fluent with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
7.Develop and deliver both pre-campaign and customer behavioral analysis.
8.Provide meaningful and tangible insights to key stakeholders.
9.Implement predictive models, trigger detection techniques, and execute them via their customer-facing channels and marketing automation tools.
10.Collaborate with the wider Analytics and other teams to identify and deliver their business needsDesign and 11.implement data models that will enable effective data gathering from multiple sources.
12.Design and implement a reporting framework that will provide interactive visual solutions for end users.
13.Analyse, interpret and present data from complex data sets that will identify business insights and measure performance to inform strategic decision making, service delivery and operational initiatives across the business.
