- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; schedules and prepares disbursements; obtains authorization of payment;
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information;
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions;
- Assist the company’s management to prepare weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Assist to prepare financial statements and management statement;
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls;
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups;
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents;
- Creates company financial reports with the above information included;
- Prepares quarterly BAS and all other statutory returns;
- Analyse data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health;
- Maintains control of all financial data utilising accounting system.
