职位概述：
今日传媒集团现诚招销售专员，负责与客户建立并维护良好的业务关系，推动公司广告、市场推广和相关服务的销售增长。适合有一定销售经验、热爱传媒和广告行业的候选人加入我们的团队，共同推动品牌价值。

职责内容：
通过电话、邮件及面对面拜访等方式，开拓新客户并维护现有客户关系。
了解客户需求，向其介绍公司产品和广告服务，设计符合客户目标的方案。
与内部团队密切合作，确保客户项目顺利执行并达到预期效果。
定期跟踪和汇报销售进展，达成每月的销售目标。
收集市场反馈和竞争动态，为公司提供市场策略建议。
任职要求：
1年以上销售或相关工作经验，具备广告或传媒行业背景者优先。
优秀的沟通和谈判能力，能够用中英文与客户进行流利沟通。
结果导向，善于制定和完成销售目标。
良好的团队协作能力，能够与公司各部门高效合作。
具备积极进取的工作态度，能够在快节奏的环境中成长。

Job Overview:
SYDNEYTODAY is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving sales of our advertising, marketing, and promotional services. Ideal for candidates with a background in sales who are passionate about the media and advertising industry and are excited to contribute to our brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in lead generation and prospecting via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Identify client needs, propose company products and services, and craft customized advertising solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and achieve client goals.
Track sales progress and meet monthly sales targets.
Gather market insights and provide recommendations for strategy development.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of sales or related experience, preferably in media or advertising.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
Strong goal orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
