Retail Buyer's Role Overview:
We're seeking for a passionate Retail Buyer to become a valued member of our Product Team! This full-time role is based in our vibrant Sydney office and is perfect for someone who enjoys taking on responsibilities and has a keen interest in growing their skills in Retail Procurement Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring sales data and inventory levels, as well as analysing the industry, manufacturer, and market information, to remain informed of the evolving market conditions
• Engaging in the negotiation of purchase, promotion, and supply agreements with suppliers
• The design and implementation of pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and display solutions strategies
• coordinating with management regarding long-term strategies and sales promotions
• creating operational plans based on seasonal factors and budget constraints requirements
• Projecting consumer trends and assessing the quantity, style, and quality of merchandise to be procured.

Qualifications and experience:
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Territory education level but not essential.
• Understanding and appreciation of Asian food and beverage culture
• Multilingual proficiency is preferred (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
• Experience in negotiating with food suppliers and structuring promotional campaigns.
• Knowledge of bubble tea culture and traditional Hong Kong snacks is a plus.
