Job Description:
As a Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the on-site management and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, and labour.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met by managing schedules and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain open communication with the project manager, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety practices.
- Manage materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure smooth project progression.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Relevant qualifications in building, construction, or a related field.
- Current White Card and a valid driver's license.
