酒店前台招聘 全职或兼职 Customer Relations
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to welcome holiday guests. The successful candidate will be available to work up to 30 hours per week on a rotating roster (each shift will be between 4 hours to 7.5hours), 7 days a week including public holidays
主要职责
• 接听电话回复邮件
• 管理酒店订单
• 提供酒店报价以及基本信息
• 处理付款和日常银行业务
• 日常admin 职责
• 可在无人监督的情况可进行开店关店
• 回应维修维护清洁的问题,并向相关人员及时汇报
• 协助团队并履行任何有助于向我们的客人提供服务的职责
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential Abilities/skills
• Passion for providing excellence in customer service (热情良好的客户服务)
• Excellent Communication Skills (良好的沟通技能)
• Ability to work unsupervised (有独立思考工作的能力)
• Intermediate computer skills – ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (熟练掌握以及运用office软件)
• Attention to detail and great organisational skills ( 做事细致,有条理)
• Problem-solving skills (有独立解决问题的能力)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on your feet during your shift
Preference (Not Essential)
• Previous experience in a hotel/accommodation front office position and/or real estate front office is advantageous
• Previous experience with a Hirum system is advantageous
As per Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 + Bonus (Monthly Occupancy Target is reached)
