Mink Pink fashion Group Pty Ltd is trading as House of Quirky. It operates out of offices in Sydney, LA, China and London, comprising three in-house brands plus multi-brand online stores. It based out of the Sydney studios and collectively, they boast decades of experience in delivery of fashion to over 30 countries. Growing rapidly both locally and internationally, such as Nordstrom, Shop bop, Planet Blue, Urban Outfitters, Macy’s, Revolve, Free People, Lulu’s, Pacsun, and David Jones & Myer. We are currently looking for a company accountant to joint this dynamic team.
This is an important role which will provide tax, accounting and business advisory services. The successful candidate will have a clear and direct career path to achieve long term personal growth.

Responsibilities:
Daily entry for approved invoices and bank statement-based data
Daily customer profiles maintenance
Daily credit card charges and deposit slips management
Weekly payment preparation in ERP system
Weekly stock report and month end adjustment
End of month bank reconciliation for A/P and A/R accounts and Credit card
End of month Ecommerce and Commission report for AU and US and CA
Assist with team leader for intercompany transactions and management fee
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
1+ years’ related experience preferred but not essential
Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Good knowledge with ERP systems, Microsoft Office in word and Excel
Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Can do attitude and attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
