Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Introduce and promote the shop’s products, including cream cheese scones, butter cookies, and other desserts, to customers effectively.
• Recommend and prepare drinks for customers (experience in making beverages is a plus).
• Manage orders, process payments, and handle inquiries related to the shop’s menu and offerings.
• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic presentation of the front counter and customer area.
• Coordinate with the baking team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide support for promotional events and seasonal product launches, including setting up decorations and engaging with customers.

Skills and Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk roles, or beverage preparation is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to notice and handle tasks independently (“an eye for details”).
• Commitment to long-term stability in the position.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons like Christmas.
