Key Responsibilities:
 Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team and other
departments.
 Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
 Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
 Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.
 Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
 Assist in office procurement and manage office supplies inventory.
 Ensure smooth running of office operations and assist in process improvements.
Requirements:
 Previous experience in an administrative role.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
 Friendly and professional demeanor, with a proactive attitude.
