We are looking for a junior Estimator to join our construction company. Comprehensive training with the opportunity to grow.

As the successful candidate, you will have a positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and see the value of collaboration, working as a team, and maintaining positive internal relationships.

Your duties will include (but not limited to);

· Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes

· Reviewing documentation to determine scope and suitability of work.

· Preparation of estimates for projects and/or tender submissions

· Providing accurate costings for materials, labour and external service

· Monitor and review any revisions and apply necessary variations

· Procure all materials, and source sub-contractor services

· Being Familiar with Australian aluminum door and window systems, knowing aluminum materials, and different types of glass

· Proficient in using softtech for drawing and quotation

· Must be able to drive

有建筑和土木相关学习背景（or如果你毕业于商科背景，需勤奋肯学、聪明灵活）
具备可正常交流的英文听说读写能力
具备office使用电脑软件：Word， Excel，Adobe等能力
合法驾照必须会开车
合法工作签证、学生签证
可full time or最大程度上part time（至少3 days per week），可长期稳定工作。
