本公司现招聘项目设计实习(全职/兼职)以及初级建筑/室内设计师（全职），需要参与和客户之间的设计沟通，进行初期设计方案推进，中期设计方案深化，后期与各个设计顾问协调，建筑以及室内设计施工图制作。建筑与室内渲染效果图制作, 同时负责材料和产品的选择，设计预算沟通以及参与建筑施工过程中的阶段性验收等。

工作范围：
建筑或室内设计实习/应届毕业生（兼职/全职）：
• 参与建筑和室内渲染效果制作，和设计图成册展示
• 参与项目中的调研工作和日常设计讨论
• 协助项目汇报资料准备，支持项目开展过程中各方之间的沟通协调。
• 协助项目管理和行政相关支持工作

初级设计师（全职）：
• 参与住宅/商业项目的全流程设计，包括起草构思设计、方案深化和施工图绘制
• 与客户沟通项目需求并收集设计反馈
• 配合完成设计汇报、客户演示以及项目协调管理工作
• 独立处理部分设计任务并提出设计创新方案
• 配合完成材料选型及供应商沟通
• 配合团队进行现场勘查
• 在设计经理指导下逐步完成多个项目管理和协调责任

技术要求/ Skills & Requirements：
设计实习/应届毕业生：
• 建筑学、室内设计或相关专业本科及以上学历（本地学历优先考虑）Bachelor or Master of Architecture/interior design (local degree preferred)。
• 会Revit, SketchUp, Enscape等设计软件（preferred）
• 了解并使用AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite等办公软件
• 具备认真仔细的工作态度、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
• 有相关工作经验者优先考虑并非必要条件

初级全职设计师：
• 有至少一年相关工作经验者优先考虑
• 建筑学、室内设计或相关专业以上学历（本地学历优先考虑）
• 了解并熟练使用AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape等设计软件，熟悉Microsoft Suite等办公软件。
• 需要具备相应中英文沟通能力、图稿以及方案理解能力、协调和团队合作能力
• 有一定了解澳洲建筑规范和审批流程以及相关要求

About the position
We are seeking an architectural and interior graduate / Junior architectural and interior designer who is looking to get strong project exposure and be part of a fast-growing team which would boost their exposure at the start of their career. Initially, the candidate will participate and take ownership of DA, CC and CDC design. Upon establishing a solid design foundation, you will have the opportunity to carry projects documentation and delivery during the construction process. Registration and mentorship will be supported and encouraged, with completely transparent feedback to improve your skill set.

Task & responsibilities:
Responsibilities – Internship / Graduate （full time/part time）
• Assist the team with schematic design, drawings, and project documentation.
• Support 3D modelling, rendering, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Conduct research and participate in design discussions.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for client and consultant meetings.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support as required.

Responsibilities – Junior Architectural and Interior Designer (full time)
• Participate in the full design process for residential and commercial projects, from concept design through to construction documentation.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and collect feedback.
• Develop and refine design concepts, prepare reports, and support client presentations.
• Independently manage assigned design tasks and propose creative solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for material and product selections.
• Participate in site inspections and contribute to project coordination under the guidance of a design manager.

Skills & Requirements：

Internship / Graduate
• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor/Master of Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (local qualifications preferred).
• Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
• Prior industrial experience is preferred but not essential

Junior Architectural and Interior Designer
• Bachelor/Master of Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (local qualifications preferred).
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design and presentation skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Bilingual communication (English and Mandarin) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and approval processes preferred.
