工作介绍

Job Duties – Warehouse Customer Service
Coordinate and support end-to-end customer services, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
Arrange container pickup and return, liaising with transport providers, depots, and internal warehouse teams.
Process and issue warehouse-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
Manage and update inventory records, assist with regular and ad-hoc stocktakes.
Act as the key point of contact for customers regarding warehouse operations, order status, and service enquiries.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including delivery orders, release notes, and internal reports.
Work closely with operations, transport, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, prioritising workloads effectively.
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service standards.
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to minimise service disruptions.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support warehouse and customer service operations.
