A well-established accounting firm based in Bankstown is seeking a Tax Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preparing tax returns for individual, company, trust, partnership, and SMSF
- Preparing financial statements for the above entities
- Preparing BAS, IAS, and GST reconciliations
- Liaising with clients in English and, where applicable, Chinese
- Liaising with the ATO and ensuring compliance with Australian tax legislation and statutory deadline
About You
- Australian work rights (mandatory) and Fluent in English.
- Australian degree in accounting (advantageous)
-- Experience with accounting software, particularly HandiSoft, MYOB and Xero preferred
