1.Assess applications from prospective international students for eligibility and completeness.
2.Provide advice and support to applicants regarding admission requirements, courses, and enrolment procedures.
3.Maintain accurate student records and update enrolment databases in accordance with CRICOS and internal policies.
4.Issue offer letters, acceptance forms, and other enrolment documentation.
5.Ensure compliance with CRICOS regulations and reporting obligations to the Department of Education.
6.Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth enrolment and induction processes.
7.Respond to applicant inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with institutional policies.
