$65,000 – $75,000 per year

We are a leading provider of supply chain and transport solutions in e-Commerce industry. Located in major cities - Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
Due to continued growth of the company we are looking for a Full-Time accounts payable to join our above medium level but growing team based in our Homebush West office - starting ASAP.
The role is to assist and oversee all day to day accounting, financial and administrative function of the company. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is able to work autonomously.
It is a busy role due to variety & volume of transactions so a good multi-tasker who is organised with great attention to detail is a must.
You must also have a sense of urgency in attending to client transactions on the spot in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Accounting Software: Advanced proficiency in MYOB AccountRight.
- Microsoft office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Numeracy & Data Entry: Numerically strong and have proficient data entry skills.
- Organisation: Highly organised with high level attention to detail
- Language Skill:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written ( typing).
• This is essential as the role involves regular communication with Chinese customers and importing to Asian countries.
- Work right:
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent resident or holding a valid Working Visa.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
-Managing accounts receivable and payable.
-Following up on customer payments inn a timely and professional manner.
-Assisting with internal and external queries related to accounts and general operations.
-Reconciling supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
-Processing staff expense claims in line with company polices.
-Handling general office administrative duties, including:
• Answering phone calls
• Preparing documents
• Coordinating appointments
- Performing ad hoc duties as requested by management.
