About Us
Dayten Property is a fast-growing Sydney-based real estate agency. Originally located in Burwood, we proudly expanded to our new Rosebery branch in October 2021. With over 100 exclusive sales listings—and more on the way—we’re a dynamic, driven team offering exciting career opportunities.
We’re currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our expanding team. No prior experience is required—just a passion for real estate and a willingness to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your real estate career with full training and long-term growth potential.
This role may require travel between our Rosebery office and our display suites at Castle Hill and Roseville projects.
Salary
- Annual Salary: Base + Commission
We offer a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, giving you the opportunity to grow your income as you grow your skills and contribute to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards it)
- A passion for real estate and a genuine interest in building a long-term career
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or another foreign language is highly regarded
- Punctual, organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents with open inspections and private appointments
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers
- General administrative and database management
- Support marketing activities and contribute to office operations
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to grow and succeed together
