Ella Baché Gladesville is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our high-performing team.
This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about advanced skin treatments, client transformation, and mentoring others. You will play an important role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while helping guide and support our junior therapists.

About the Role
As a Beauty Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments while also helping maintain the high professional standards of the salon.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering personalised, results-driven skin treatments
• Conducting professional skin consultations and treatment planning
• Recommending appropriate homecare products
• Building long-term client relationships
• Mentoring and supporting junior therapists
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism and service
This is a role for someone who enjoys leading by example and taking pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

About You
You are a passionate and experienced therapist who takes pride in helping clients achieve real skin results.
You will have:
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional salon environment
• Strong skills in:
• Advanced facials and skin treatments
• Waxing and tinting (high proficiency required)
• Massage
• Spray tanning
• Manicures and pedicures
• Experience in skin diagnosis, treatment planning and product recommendations
• Experience with microdermabrasion or advanced skin technology (training available)
• A passion for mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
