💰 Salary & Benefits

Base: $55K – $85K (based on experience)

+ 5% – 10% commission (uncapped)

🎯 Monthly bonuses for hitting targets

🚀 OTE: $80K – $110K+ (uncapped, including base + commission + bonuses)

💼 What You’ll Do

✨ Drive Membership Sales

Reach out to potential members via calls, messages & in person

Convert event attendees into paid members

Promote the value of our programs & workshops

Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets

📣 Promote Events & Generate Leads

Drive sign-ups for events, workshops & programs

Engage prospects through calls, social media & partnerships

Follow up on inbound leads

🔁 Post-Event Follow-Up

Connect with attendees for feedback

Convert participants into members or upsell services

Keep leads engaged with consistent communication

🤝 Build Relationships

Be the go-to contact for members & prospects

Understand needs and recommend the right solutions

📊 Track & Report

Manage leads and sales in CRM systems

Keep accurate records of conversions & follow-ups

Report on performance and pipeline

Fluent in English & Mandarin (MUST)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Confident in phone and face-to-face sales
