Big kids play center is looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our growing Venue Management Team.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has strong hospitality / café / restaurant management experience
✔ Can lead and motivate a team professionally
✔ Understands venue operations, food safety & service standards
✔ Can handle fast-paced environments and problem solving
✔ Has strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Is passionate about guest experience and team culture
Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Daily venue operations
✨ Team leadership & staff training
✨ Stock control & labour management
✨ Maintaining service and presentation standards
✨ Supporting venue growth and performance
