About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Technical Support Officer to join our growing team in NSW. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical support(not compulsory)who is confident communicating in English. Mandarin language is a must.
You will be supporting products from a variety of solar products, so experience in solar, inverters, or renewable energy systems will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
• Assist installers and end-users with system setup and diagnostics
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Mandarin (Chinese) language skill is a must
• Technical knowledge of solar systems, inverters, or electrical systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
