Silverwater Estimator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Estimator Cadet to join our growing Partitions & Ceilings team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the commercial construction industry.

You will work alongside experienced estimators and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in pricing, quantity take-offs, tender preparation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing project estimates and tender submissions
Review construction drawings and specifications
Perform quantity take-offs for partition and ceiling works
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Support project managers during tender and delivery stages
Maintain estimating documentation and records
Learn industry systems, processes, and software

Requirements
Interest in construction, estimating, or commercial fit-outs
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to read plans is an advantage but not essential
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
