College Marketer Full time

Position: Full-Time College Marketer
Location: Sydney (Granville and CBD)
Hours: 38hrs
Salary: Negotiable ($55,000–$65,000 for entry-level candidates. Higher salary may be negotiated based on experience.)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive College Marketer to support international student recruitment and marketing efforts across Asia.

✅ Responsibilities
• Develop and execute student recruitment and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Asian markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational agents, universities, colleges, and other partner institutions.
• Promote our programs through online and offline marketing activities.
• Represent the organisation at education fairs, networking events, and student engagement activities.
• Conduct B2B business development and partnership-building activities with education agents and industry stakeholders.
• Attend external meetings and events regularly as part of relationship management and business development activities.

✅ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in higher education, student recruitment, or the education sector.
• Marketing experience, preferably in education or student-focused campaigns.
• Sales experience with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is highly preferred.
• A basic understanding of the Australian international education sector and student visa pathways.
