We are a growing construction company seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects while leading teams safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
- Maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices in accordance with WHS requirements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.

About You
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Leading Hand.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site activities effectively.
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices and WHS regulations.
- White Card (essential).
- Current Driver's Licence (essential).
