Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our warehouse facilities, office spaces, remote work environments, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, renovation, and maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and the good repair of existing structures. This role involves working closely with maintenance staff, hired contractors, and service organisations to deliver facilities management outcomes within budget, on time, and to specifications. The role is to oversee the remediation of ongoing operational issues for maintenance, cleaning, and trouble shooting of faults, blockages, interruptions and repairs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of relevant computer systems and software.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and estimating skills.
Personal Attributes:
• Ethical and astute with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Result-oriented with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and quality.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
