Our company is a successful Australian manufacturer with multiple businesses awards. We specialise in manufacturing Health Supplements (complementary medicines and supplementary food) and Skin Care products.

职责：
• 管理预防性和应急性维护计划
• 监督各种维护任务、机器的安装和检查、电气设备的检查/协调，并执行预防性维护工单，确保所有机器和设备保持随时可运行的状态。
• 执行计划内维护和应急性维护，最大限度地减少停机时间。
• 实施现场总体规划以及所有其他被确定为公司战略增长计划关键的项目。
• 确保生产流程、现场项目和维护活动均已制定适当的安全规程。
• 制定施工许可证流程，并确保在工作执行前提交并妥善审查所有必要文件，例如风险评估、声明方法、坠落预防计划等，并指示所有相关方确保现场符合所有安全标准并遵守当地工作场所健康安全规章制度。
• 管理所有工程请求，包括记录请求和解决所有请求所采取的步骤。
• 参与持续改进项目，并支持生产团队实施TPM
• 快速查找和排除工艺和设备的故障
• 维护备件库存，并与设备供应商保持联系，以便订购零件和技术咨询。
• 协助生产优化设备效率

要求：
• 机械/工程相关教育背景。
• 具备保健品等生产或快速消费品行业经验者优先。
• 熟悉软/硬胶囊生产设备或包装生产线。
• 熟悉 GMP 和 SOP。
• 积极主动地保障安全、质量并解决问题。
• 英文可沟通


Responsibilities:
• Manage the preventative and reactive maintenance program
• Supervise various maintenance tasks, installation and inspection of machines, inspection/co-ordination of electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance work orders to ensure that all machines and equipment remain operational ready
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
• Implement Site Master Plan and all other projects identified as key to the business’s strategic growth plan.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are in place for Production Processes, Site Projects and Maintenance activities.
• To have permit to work processes in place and ensure all necessary documents i.e. Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Fall Prevention Plan etc should be submitted and reviewed properly before the job execution and direct all involved parties to ensure all safety standards are met within the site and compliance to local Workplace Health Safety rules and regulations
• Manage all Engineering requests including logging of the requests and steps taken to resolve all requests
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and support Production team in TPM
• Rapid fault finding and troubleshooting of process and equipment
• Maintain spare parts inventory,and keep in contact with equipment supplier for parts ordering and technical enquires.
• Assist production to optimise equipment efficiency

About You:
• Mechanical / Engineering related education background.
• Previous experience in Health supplement etc. manufacturing or FMCG is essential
• Familiar with Soft/Hard capsule machine or packaging lines
• Strong understanding of GMP and SOPs
• Proactive approach to safety, quality, and problem-solving
• Chinese & English fluent
