Join our collaborative and dynamic team, where your estimation and communication skills will be crucial in delivering quality results to our clients. As an estimator, you will interpret and accurately estimate project plans, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Utilize Bluebeam and BuildTrend software for precise take-offs and project documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and submitting tenders within tight deadlines for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and competitive submissions. You will also liaise with clients to confirm project details, finishes, and requirements.

In addition, you will review and verify purchase orders, working closely with the project team to ensure accurate processing. It will be essential for you to maintain job records in our project pipeline and update the CALLUP schedule as needed. Furthermore, you will draft purchase orders for subcontractors and support the project management team with scheduling and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as an estimator, preferably in the construction or subcontracting industry.
