As a Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Team with internal coordination, data handling and product-related administration. Attention to detail, good organisation skills and a proactive learning attitude are essential. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to:
1. Collecting, organising and maintaining sales and product-related data
2. Assisting with the preparation of internal analytical and summary reports
3. Supporting product and market research, including regular competitor product comparison by category
4. Maintaining accurate product information, including product codes, specifications and descriptions
5. Assisting with internal product documentation and updates
6. Liaising with the Product Team and other internal departments on product-related matters
7. Managing and responding to internal product enquiries in a timely and patient manner
8. Providing general administrative support to the Product Team as required
About You - To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
1. Excellent attention to detail with a careful, methodical working style
2. Patience and reliability when handling data, documentation and routine tasks
3. Good organisational and time management skills
4. Basic analytical skills and an interest in working with data
5. Clear and professional communication skills in English and Mandarin
6. A general understanding of computer hardware and related terminology, or a strong willingness to learn
7. Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
8. Graduates or candidates at an early stage of their career are encouraged to apply
