工作介绍
The Role
This is a hands-on showroom sales role. You will be the primary point of contact for every customer who walks in, calls, or enquires about our Pergolas in Sydney.
Your day revolves around delivering an exceptional, consultative sales experience — understanding what customers need, guiding them through our range, and confidently closing high-value sales. You will also be responsible for keeping the showroom looking premium and running smoothly, from opening in the morning to closing at night.
You are trusted to run the showroom floor, look after customers, and take pride in the space - and you are measured primarily on how well you do that.
That said, we value people who think beyond the transaction. If you notice patterns in what customers are asking for, spot an opportunity we are missing, or have an idea that could improve how we sell - we want to hear it. But contributing ideas is a byproduct of being sharp and engaged in the role, not the role itself.
What You Will Do
Sales & Customer Experience
• Be the face of Flexpatio in Sydney - the first and last person customers interact with
• Handle all inbound enquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and booked appointments
• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience that builds trust and converts
• Own the full customer journey from initial contact through to close
• Manage follow-ups, quoting, and handovers with our operations team
• Take personal accountability for showroom conversion and sales outcomes
Showroom Presentation & Daily Operations
• Open and close the showroom each day
• Keep the space immaculate - product displays, styling, cleanliness, and overall presentation
• Ensure the showroom reflects the quality of the brand at all times
• Liaise with head office on new product displays, stock, and any operational needs
Ideas & Feedback Welcome
• Share observations on customer objections, product demand, and pricing feedback
• Flag anything that could improve the customer experience or conversion
• Contribute to how we sell
Working Arrangements
• 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
• Two weekdays off each week
• Based part time or full-time at our Alexandria showroom
• This is an on-site role - not hybrid or remote
Who We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in high-value or consultative sales — outdoor furnitures, interiors, property, luxury retail, or similar
• Someone who genuinely enjoys serving customers and takes pride in doing it well
• Commercially aware - you understand margins, conversion, and what drives a sale
• Reliable and consistent - you show up, you follow through, you don't need to be chased
• Comfortable working independently and making sensible decisions on the floor
• Professional, calm, and low-ego
• Someone who wants stability and ownership, not a stepping stone
This role suits someone who has desire to not only earn base wages but earn commission and wants to be trusted with a premium space, great product, and real responsibility.
