主要职责

会计职责
日常会计工作包括：
• 日常记账及总账维护
• 应付/应收账款处理
• 银行对账
• 月结及基础报表支持
• 财务资料整理及报告支持

合规支持
合规支持包括：
• 每日交易审核
• 基础客户KYC及尽职调查
• 协助反洗钱（AML/CTF）流程
• 维护合规记录与资料
• 协助审计及监管资料准备

Full-time Accountant
📍 Sydney, NSW 2000/on site

What You Will Be Doing

Accounting Duties
• Daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Support financial reporting and documentation

Compliance Support
• Conduct daily transaction reviews
• Perform basic KYC and customer due diligence checks
• Support AML/CTF compliance processes
• Maintain compliance records and documentation
• Assist with audit and regulatory requests

What We Are Looking For
• Native or near-Native English and fluent Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail, Clear communication skills
• Reliable and responsible with work delivery
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks, proactive and willing to follow up on issues

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
• 2–5 years accounting experience preferred
• Basic understanding of compliance / AML is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero)

Nice to Have
• Experience in financial services, mortgage or payment industry
• Familiar with AUSTRAC compliance environment
