Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Content & Events)

📌 Role Overview
• Job Type: Part-Time (2 - 3 days per week, 11 AM- 6 PM, must be onsite in Paddington)
• Salary: $200 AUD per day
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of marketing experience
🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Video Production
• Be the visual storyteller for our Paddington store.
• Shoot and edit high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) directly on-site.
• Bring a strong sense of aesthetics, ensuring all visual content aligns with our brand image.
2. Social Media Management
• Manage, curate, and grow our active social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions, respond to messages/comments, and keep up with the latest trends.
• Local influencer/speaker campaign management and sourcing.
3. Event & Offline Marketing
• Plan, coordinate, and execute our monthly Education Events and routine promotional activities.
• Drive local foot traffic and brand awareness through monthly creative offline marketing initiatives.

4. General Admin & Operations Support
• Provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and marketing-related tasks as required.
🎯 What We Are Looking For
• Mindset & Passion: Highly open-minded, inclusive, and genuinely interested in or passionate about the wellness/health industry. (A background in wellness, health, or supplements is a huge plus!)
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, event planning, or general administration.
• Content Skills: Proficient in mobile video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canvas, Premiere, or similar apps) with an eye for clean, modern design.
• Language: Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) to manage events and handle customer/partner inquiries.
• Personality: Multi-tasker, highly organized, proactive, and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Availability: Able to work on-site at our Paddington dispensary 2 to 3 days a week.
